You can withdraw within 14 days of receiving access to the service. If you have attempted any exams, purchases are final. For questions, contact us at info@kbana.sd. After 14 days, all purchases are final.
For Plans & Subscriptions:
No refunds are issued for subscriptions. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be given for the billed period, except in cases of fraud or misuse.
Domains
We offer domain purchasing services linked to your kbana Spaces. By purchasing a domain, you acknowledge sole ownership and responsibility for adhering to related terms.

Billing for domains is managed by kbana, which also handles renewals. You are responsible for cancelling renewals if desired.
